CyGap Returns Policy

CyGap does not sell used or returned products to its customers. We only sell brand new, fully factory warranted hardware and software. With recent concerns and legislation by the U.S. Commerce Department over the sale of used equipment in the computer industry, CyGap firmly adheres to this strict policy. We can not resell any part or equipment returned to us by a customer after being installed in a computer system - we must dispose of it! This is usually done through sales to an overseas used parts broker, at a fraction of the original cost.

It is for these reasons that there is a Restocking Fee imposed on certain items we sell. This is clearly shown in the product description for each individual item. If the product will not function in your system, you may return it to CyGap within a *30 day period from the day of receipt, and you will receive a credit or refund, less the amount of the restocking fee and any applicable shipping and insurance charges. This applies to non-warranty returns of complete undamaged, unmodified product only. Note that the restock policy does not apply to warranty returns for repair or replacement.

We at CyGap apologize for this imposition, but wish to ensure that our customers may always receive factory-fresh, fully waranteed equipment. As a user, we are sure you will agree with this policy, and understand why it is necessary. For further information, speak with a CyGap sales representative who will clearly explain this and how it applies to any particular product.
