Sales / Ordering

CyGap Sales inquiries and orders may be handled through our 24hr email Sales Orders. A Mail-In or Fax Order Form is available for your convenience. Live Online Ordering is available by clicking on the PayPal Logo.

Please note that at present, Internet email security is not supported and the communication of credit card numbers and other sensitive data is discouraged. If you would like to place an order via CyGap electronic facilities, please fax your sensitive data, rather than including it with your email order.



Technical Support

CyGap is known throughout the industry as a leader in technical support. We have made this our number one priority during our 25+ years (since April 1976) in the computer industry. CyGap has very qualified technicians available to answer questions before and after the sale - to make sure you know exactly what is necessary to make a wise, prudent purchase that will benefit your computer operation. We also maintain close ties with other major industry manufacturers and can get explicit answers to your questions quickly and accurately.

The CyGap On-Line Product Support System stands ready to assist you immediately, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The CyGap On-Line Reader contains extensive technical support data for all CyGap products, in an easy to use graphical user interface format. Product information is categorized individually, and the answers to almost all of your questions are explained here simply and accurately. An on-line form is also provided (See link below next paragraph) to submit technical inquiries directly to CyGap Support personnel. Please use this service before calling CyGap Support and help yourself anytime!

The CyGap Electronic Support System is in place to assist users and dealers with technical inquiries and requests. This is the preferred method of support communications, not requiring immediate telephone availability or back-and-forth messages, leading to delays and increased support costs. Please communicate all inquiries through this service when they are not of an emergency or urgent nature. Our email Support Inquiries - systems are open and monitored constantly on a daily basis, and can provide very fast responses. A quick and simple Technical Support Inquiry Form is available for your convenience. Please feel free to take advantage of this service at any time, for any reason.

Toll-free telephone support is offered along with any product and service we sell. This is provided to enable fast access to needed information for installation and start-up help with CyGap products, or trouble shooting CyGap on-line services. Please feel free to call for immediate assistance with configuration questions. Support personnel are readily available during regular business hours for immediate help. During night time and weekends, CyGap support personnel are on call, to help with emergency support situations. During off-hours, an operator will connect you to a technician through a cell phone network, so please be patient. These services are intended to get users up and going as quickly as possible. We appreciate your need for fast help and encourage you to take advantage of these services for this purpose.



Customer Service

Product and Service Order Status and Return Status inquiries are handled through the use of email, as this will help us keep our toll-free telephone costs down. Responses are almost immediate in most cases, and you may send and receive your messages when convenient, instead of waiting on overburdened telephone systems. Please email your inquiry to Customer Service Inquiries and include the name used on your order account and the product or service name, as well as any CyGap RMA number or service request number assigned to you. Please note that Customer Service representatives can not be reached through our toll-free Sales and Technical Center switchboard.



Those with hearing impairment may use one of the major telephone company Communication Relay Services to communicate with CyGap via telephone, or utilize one of our Electronic Support Systems. Vision impaired and other disabled individuals may ask for CyGap Special Services to assist your needs. We will be happy to accomodate you.
